We are experienced party wall surveyors acting as either building owners appointed surveyor, adjoining owners appointed surveyor or agreed surveyor. We are members of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

We are pragmatic, efficient, and problem solvers. We have only once been obliged to refer a dispute to the Third Surveyor who determined entirely in our appointing owner’s favour.

Typical examples of our party wall work include basement extensions, side additions, loft conversions, major internal refurbishments.
