Conversion to create retail premises on the ground floor and three newly converted flats above.

Our brief was to coordinate and manage the project from planning stage to completion.

Completion of the external works and retail shell unit was required early to enable store fit out and opening to developers and retailers agreed timeframes.

The external works involved extension, flat and pitched roofing works, external repairs and redecorations, car parking and landscaping works.

Works to create the shell retail unit included substantial structural alterations, new floor structure, automatic retail entrance doors and creation of yard/storage area.

Upstairs alterations creating new party structures and walls to first floor, acoustic and fire rating and fully fitting out of flats and communal areas
